A New Betting Exchange
It's called Matchbook and they have plans to compete with Betfair in the future. At the moment they offer 0% commission on all In-running Football until December. I've been using it the last few days, and although it's fairly new, everyone has to start somewhere. Betfair wasn't built over night, so sign-up for an account and show them your support. If anyone wants to get in contact with the owner with any ideas or otherwise, you can contact them at info@matchbook.com or on Twitter at @matchbookallan or @TeamMatchBook.

Deleted Screen-shots
I've not logged on to this blog for a few weeks, so I'm not sure what has gone on with regards to all the profit & loss screen-shots I've uploaded. They have been replaced by an exclamation mark as you can see. I think I've deleted them all in error without realising - maybe from my google account, although as I say, I'm not 100% sure. If anyone can confirm or has any idea what has happened to them all, I'd appreciate it if you could let us know in the comment section.
In a nut-shell, things have not progressed from the 13k I made a few weeks ago. Looking at my profit & loss, maybe I should cut down on all Australian sports. You can see that's where the obvious weakness is. I will keep the updates coming anyway, probably on a monthly basis from now on.
Also, the 'print screen' button doesn't seem to be working on my computer so I can't take a screen-shot at the moment. My profit & loss reads like this though for the last 3 months (19th March- 19th June) Main wallet: £10,535.42 Australian wallet: -£4,530.28 so in total I'm up a £6,005.14 within those last 3 months. Betfair is the only gambling platform I use as well so that's the total figure. When I can work out how I can take a screen-shot from my PC, I will upload one.

Life-time Betfair Profit & Loss
I requested my life-time profit & loss from Betfair yesterday just to see how much I was up or down since I started using it in 2007. Bear in mind the first few years were a learning curve and I spent losing for the most part, as well as a difficult 2011. I have 3 accounts on Betfair or have used 3 accounts since 2007, so I asked for my figures on all 3 of them. It turns out my overall profit is +£26,207.27 which is a surprise. Below details the overall figures on all 3 of my accounts. I've numbered them 1, 2 and 3. (Number 3 is the account I am using currently).

A Better Few Months
It's been a much better few months compared to the difficulties it's been over the last year. It started on the 9th March from £2.43 I found in the Australian wallet of a dormant account I'd not used for a year. I think this was the 'cross matching rebate' that got refunded to various Aussie wallets. I had no idea it was in there, but it's been a good run nonetheless. Hoping it continues.

March Update
On Friday I found £2.43 in one of my Betfair accounts that I've not used for over a year. It was in one of the Australian wallets although I'm not sure how it got there. I've taken things carefully with it so far and turned it into £93.86, so will see how far it goes, and will post an update at the weekend sometime.

February Update
I'm starting to get back into the swing of things, although still in the bank building process, which isn't really where I wanted to be in February, but there's not much that can be done about that. I'm just trying to get on with it and work with what I have, which is far from ideal, but is something that can improve quite quickly. I remember being in this exact same position a few years ago, asking the same questions, so I'm hoping for that quick improvement on Betfair before Roland Garros starts preferably. If you have any questions or comments betting related, positive or negative, ask away. I'll be happy to answer anything.

January Update
It's not been a good January on the whole. There has been no consistency at all if you look at the various sports I've been betting/trading on, and both screen shots look quite messy. There are reasons why it looks as bad as it does though - I've not used Betfair as much as I had hoped in January (hence a lack of updates), but bank size issues are still my main problem. When I have been using it, I've been taking extra risks with various bets in order to try and increase my bank size, and it hasn't worked. This is something I hope will sort itself out in the coming months.
